Got a call about 8 in the evening, but I didn't answer. I mean, who really rings you that late unless it's family or mates?

Since the covid lockdown ended, loads of NatWest personal banking staff started working remotely. So now, NatWest may well ring you from mobile numbers, which is what this call probably is. Don't pay attention to the comments below saying otherwise. That said, usually they’re just offering some product like a new credit card or maybe a loan. It's your choice whether to pick up, but it’s definitely not a scam.

Don't be fooled, this is definitely a scam call, not from Natwest. They never ring from a mobile phone. Over 600 people have looked up this number already, so you can guess what’s going on. The bit about Natwest is probably just the scammer trying to trick you.

I got a call from a senior personal banker at NatWest. She was really nice, and I actually recognise her from my local branch.
