Got a call from Virgin Media’s retention squad today. I ended my contract with them yesterday because their service was rubbish and the prices way too high. Even though I already spoke to a couple of reps and made it clear I wasn’t going back on my decision, the retention team still called me up, trying to convince me to stay. To be honest, it’s not really harassment, just a right pain. Since "annoying" isn’t an option here, I’ll just go with neutral for now.
