avoid this number, it’s a scam. i got a text saying i owed £1.09 for a parcel delivery with a link attached, but royal mail definitely dont send texts like that. i tried ringing the number and it goes straight to an answerphone on 02, which is suspicious. normally royal mail either knocks on your door if you owe anything or leaves a card for you to go to the sorting office to sort it out. so please don’t click on any links from this!
