I got a text from someone claiming to be the DVLA and it even showed a mobile number - which DVLA never do, they never use mobiles for this kind of thing. I tried the links they sent but, as I thought, none of them worked. Don’t fall for it and send any money, it’s a total scam. The picture in their so-called guide was actually of a national insurance card, not a credit or debit card, so they clearly don’t know basic UK banking stuff or terms! Those were the signs that told me it was fake.
