I got a text from this number claiming to be my son saying he’d broken his phone. Then they asked me to transfer £705 to cover some bill he supposedly owed. I called my son on his real number and found out it wasn’t him. When I said no to sending cash, they started getting rude. They even gave me a bank account and sort code to send it to. Just a heads up, it’s definitely a scam.
