Got a call from someone claiming to do an energy survey, sounded dodgy so I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from someone named Emma or similar, said she was an energy adviser for my area. She began with “I think you own the property,” and wanted me to confirm. Then, there was this awkward pause before anyone actually said anything. After that, she just hung up on me. Definitely sounds like a dodgy energy survey scam.
