Stay well clear of Max Noble and his dodgy firm Seascape, along with a few other shady businesses he’s involved in. Heard he’s got a court case looming and plenty of complaints about ripping people off. Definitely Google his name before dealing with him!

We had Max from Seascape do a conservatory for us, but it turned out to be a complete mess. After only 10 months, the plaster inside started going black and damp. We ended up having to get a whole new roof put on because it was leaking all over the place. The guy who put the roof on was shocked at how badly it had been done and said it looked like no care was taken at all. Max seems to use various subcontractors for each part, and every single one of them was taking shortcuts. Really disappointing job overall.

Right after my mum sent a message to a well-known firm about buying a conservatory, this number called her. The bloke didn’t say his name at first, and when she rang back to question him, he claimed he was from Precision Outbuildings. Honestly, no clue how he got hold of her enquiry in the first place.
