The call was so crackly, I could hardly make out a word. From what I caught, the bloke said he was with Microsoft or something like that. I kept telling him he was hard to hear. After a while, he just ended the call. I’ve blocked the number now. Did a bit of digging and turns out it’s one of those Microsoft scam calls - definitely don’t let them access your PC!

Got a call from this number about ten minutes back. The spiel was pretty much the same as what others have said here. I've stored it under a cheeky name I won’t mention. Thinking whether I should message them or just hang about till they call again! Honestly, I’m kinda enjoying winding them up a bit till they give in and disconnect.

I've received a barrage of calls from this number throughout the day. I decided to pick up eventually, and after a bit of waiting, someone finally came on the line. They appeared to be making a sales pitch, so I told them I wasn't interested in being included on their list. Just like that, they abruptly ended the call. Quite rude, if you ask me!

They just rang me, and the bloke actually knew my full name! I ended the call straight away, but he called me right back. When I answered, he asked why I'd cut him off, then started calling me sweetie, darling, and my love! I hung up once more. Then he tried calling again, but this time I blocked the number. Definitely a SCAM.

Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent claiming he worked for Microsoft and telling me my Windows computer was having problems. I told him I don’t even own a Windows PC, so he started asking what kind of computer I had instead. I told him straight up he was just trying to scam me and get access to my machine, probably to make me switch it on or something. He tried to insist he was there to “help”, but honestly, it felt like he was out to steal my info and money. So, I told him to jog on and hung up pretty quickly. Watch out folks, these scammers are always trying new tricks!

Absolute con. They use mobile numbers that you can't ring back. I've had loads of calls like this from different mobiles, and they’re all dodgy. The latest one claimed my computer had loads of issues and wasn’t working right. Told me to switch my computer on, but I clocked from his tone straight away that he was a scammer. When I asked him what exactly was wrong with my computer before I even powered it up, he just ended the call. Totally sketchy.

Got a call from an Asian man claiming to be Eric Jones from Microsoft tech support, saying my computer was infected with a virus I wasn’t aware of. He asked me to log into my computer, but I told him I don’t use Windows at all and I wasn’t going to fall for his scam. He was quite polite actually, said ‘Alright, thank you ma’am’ and then ended the call. He’s called me two times yesterday and two times again today!
