I received an unexpected call that started off rather strangely - there was complete silence until, after a brief moment, I heard someone say "Hello". A woman, whom I suspect was of Indian descent based on her accent, was on the line claiming to represent EE. It was evident she hadn’t a clue who I was, as she didn’t even bother asking if she was speaking to Mr. ... or anyone for that matter. I wasn’t in the mood for a chat and quickly cut her off, as it was rather an inconvenient time for me.
