Pretty sure this is a total scam! From reading these comments, it seems like these fraudsters are just getting more and more cheeky. :/ Something like "Royal Mail: There's a £2.99 postage charge, pay now at: [#]rm-rescheduleparcel[###]/ or your parcel will be sent back." Don't fall for it!

Somebody rang me, said they were from the national crime agency. They told me my National Insurance number was involved in some dodgy business. Sounded fishy to me.

Got a message saying it was from Royal Mail about a parcel being on hold because I didn’t pay enough, asking me to click a link and pay £1.99. I’m sure it’s a con since I actually work for Royal Mail and we never send texts like that to customers.
