Is this supposed to be a Microsoft support line or the BT helpdesk? I’m a bit confused if they’re connected. My computer told me to call BT and asked for my info so they could fix an issue remotely. I felt uneasy and chose not to go ahead. When I called again, the people on the other end claimed to be from Microsoft instead, and they kinda pressured me when I mentioned I’d called the wrong number. Just curious - who exactly are they? Something feels off...
