I got a call from this number today, it was an automated voice saying my National Insurance had been targeted by scammers near the Welsh Border. It told me to press 1 to get through to their Fraud Dept before they take legal steps against me. I've blocked it now because it seems connected to a couple of similar numbers I got last week 07941 783617 and another one I got a few times a fortnight ago 07941 783674. Strange thing is, all these numbers only differ from mine by 3 digits. Could just be a coincidence though.
