Got a text saying it was from my Dad, asking me to ring this new number 07933 453971. When I phoned it, the call got forwarded and a person picked up, saying they needed help with a bank withdrawal because Dad’s account was supposedly frozen for a few days. They promised to return the money the next day. I rang Dad directly and he told me it wasn’t him. Turns out I’d nearly fallen for a scam!
