BEWARE, THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I got a call from a guy with an accent who said he was from BT, telling me my internet was having issues and he could fix it. When I told him I used a different provider, he still insisted, "Yes miss, we know, but your internet has a fault." I asked him to take my number off his list, and he said it wasn’t doable unless I cooperated. Plus, the call came from a personal mobile, not an official BT number. Don’t fall for it!
