It said there were two dodgy transactions: one for £199 supposedly on Amazon, and another for over £800 somewhere else, but I hung up before it finished. Total scam for sure. Funny thing, I don’t even have an Amazon account and I was on the phone with my bank just then who confirmed everything was fine.
