Someone rang saying they were from BT about our broadband. It sounded like she was in a busy call centre with other people doing the same pitch. When I said we’d had this call before and asked what exactly she wanted, she just ended the call straight away.

Got a call on my home phone with a recorded message, sounded like a woman with a very posh, English accent. She said she was from the bank’s security team and mentioned two transactions pending - one for Amazon and a bigger sum going overseas. She told me to press one if I was ok with it or two to chat to someone about it. Total scam, don’t fall for it!
