Got a call around 2:30pm UK time on 4 June 2026 from a woman with an American accent. She was telling me there were charges on my account from Tesco and Sainsbury's, quoting some amounts. Then she said if I hadn’t made those payments, I should press a number to talk to someone. Seemed pretty clearly like a phishing scam to me. I hung up before even pressing anything to speak to a rep.
