Since there was no voicemail, I just went ahead and deleted it.

I'm pretty sure this was some sort of scam. I got a recorded call about a supposed 'transaction' on my bank account, but they never even said which bank it was. They asked me to press a button for more info but I just hung up. It makes me wonder why telecom companies let these fraudsters run their calls through their systems? It's annoying and dishonest.
