They rang me ridiculously early, like 4.30 in the morning, then sent this message: "Saw your email, I get why you did what you did but honestly, blocking me and finishing things like this is just awful. After all the years together, ending it through an email feels so cold. Don’t bother replying here. If you wanna talk, you know how to reach me." Honestly, it's just sad how they handled it.

I received identical messages regarding the matter. Both links directed me to the NHS website, which was reassuring as there was a padlock icon displayed in the URL. However, upon entering my date of birth, I was met with a message stating that I wasn't eligible for either option. Interestingly, the doctor's surgery commented that it appeared legitimate, but they had received several calls the previous day mentioning similar issues.
