He actually knew my name but wouldn’t tell me who he was unless I confirmed mine first. When I wouldn’t, he claimed I was the one who called because it was a one-way call centre. Things got a bit heated after I told him that made no sense, so I just ended the call.

Somebody called saying they were from an EPC business and kept pushing us to sort it out right away. They kept bugging us to pay and get it sorted quickly. Total scam.
