When I picked up a call from this number, an automated message with an American woman’s voice began straight away. They didn’t say what company was calling, only that my phone was gonna stop working today and to press 1 for details in English or 2 for Chinese. I just hung up without choosing any option. Since I’m the main contact for a family member in a care home, it really stressed me out to get that call. Fingers crossed it’s a scam and my phone service stays fine.
