I got in touch with Amazon and they told me that this number is definitely a scam.

I got a call from someone claiming they were Amazon, saying I had to open a message they sent me. They kept pushing that if I didn’t follow their instructions, they'd take money from my bank for an iPhone or something. They were really pushing hard to get me to do it.
