She started off alright but turned really aggressive the moment I said I wasn’t going to pay. Claimed she was from the council and that I had some council tax debt. Then she got all threatening, saying she knew my address. Proper scary stuff.

My dad got a call from a woman on this number claiming he owed back taxes. He almost started paying before we stepped in to cancel the payment through his bank. Then she phoned again saying the bill still wasn’t settled. When my dad mentioned involving the police, she threatened to send bailiffs round. Such a stressful thing to deal with!
