I've done a bit of digging and it turns out this number is associated with Ehsan Kabir. He used to practise as a solicitor but got struck off and seems to be continuing his activities under the names Kabir Family Law and No1 Solicitors, despite it being unlawful. Just a word of caution about this chap-he's quite the experienced fraudster!
