At about half past one on the 16th of July 2024, I received a call from a recorded voice pretending to be from my bank's fraud department. It was saying there were two dodgy charges, one for over £300 and another pushing past a grand. Honestly, I'd never get that much from my bank without pleading for an overdraft and some serious generosity! Clearly just the usual scam, trying to trick people into handing over their bank info. Heard this one a million times, bet they'll be back with it again soon enough.
