I called the landline but they hung up just after a few rings, maybe three. Had the number from my phone provider. Deleted it and blocked straight away.

What a total con! This bloke claimed to be from the council chasing a debt and tried to get my address out of me. I told him if he was legit he’d already have that info, then he just cut me off. Don’t trust him for a second.

So this company Jacobs, some dodgy debt collectors, rang me up. I don’t owe them a penny, but they insisted I confirm my name and address. Told them to jog on and just hung up. Total waste of time!

Got a call from Jacobs Enforcement Agents, they're bailiffs or something. The number came up when I checked it out.

I got a call from someone called Andy at Jacobs Enforcement. He was really rude and kept talking down to me. Every time I tried to say something, he just kept interrupting. When I asked for his full name and requested to speak to his manager, he just ended the call on me. Proper frustrating experience.

A guy claimed to be from a firm sorting out council tax arrears. When I asked where they were based, he got all snappy. I told him to buzz off, but guess what? He called me again! Total scammer!!!
