So, I got a call from a woman claiming they were offering free loft insulation and needed to check if I was eligible by asking some questions. They already had my name and address before I even said I wasn’t interested, and the moment I told them that, she just cut me off. Feels like a scam to me. I mean, what reputable big firm calls from a mobile number anyway? Plus, there was this noisy office background, which is usually a red flag for scams.
