This number keeps ringing me, always with people speaking with an eastern accent. They ask for me personally and swear it’s not some sales pitch. Trouble is, they don’t accept a simple no at all. Just blocked it, gotta say these are definitely dodgy callers.

Got a call from a young bloke around 3:12pm, and he used my maiden name - odd, considering I’ve been married for ages, so no idea how he even got my number. He was chatting about loft insulation, claiming it wasn’t a sales call. (If it’s not a sales call, then what else could it be?) I told him firmly to remove me from his list because I definitely don’t want any loft insulation. (Blocked the number straight after, just to be safe.)

Got a call from a young woman with an Indian accent that was quite tricky to catch. She started with something like "I'm calling from the national..." and quickly added "this isn’t a sales call." Yeah right, what else could it be then? I told her I was busy at work and not interested. Ended up blocking the number straight away.
