I received a text from this number on my phone, and there was also an email linked to it, which I don’t recognise at all. Virgin Media has blocked it, stating that it contains content not appropriate for kids. I have to be cautious, especially since my granddaughter occasionally hops on my laptop.

I received a genuine message regarding a delivery, but it stirred a bit of confusion as my wife had ordered an AEG appliance, yet the text referred to it as Electrolux. It turns out that AEG and Electrolux are under the same umbrella, which added to the mix-up. To top it off, the delivery person mistakenly described the appliance as well. Despite these hiccups, I can't fault the service overall.
