I must say, my experience with Switchfire has been rather infuriating! I never even consented to their services, yet somehow, they've been charging my account. I rang their customer service on 02035405930 in an attempt to put a stop to it, only to be disconnected not once, but twice while holding. In the end, I opted for the option to have the charges blocked. An automated voice assured me this would be resolved within one working day. However, shortly thereafter, I received a text from 447860027527 instructing me to call if I wished to discuss further. When I did, the number turned out to be unrecognised. I even tried calling from different phones, but met with the same perplexing message time and again. I responded to their text but was met with nothing but automated replies. This feels like a complete scam to me!

I’ve been hit with a £30 charge that I never agreed to. My daughter, being so young, didn’t even notice it until I stumbled upon a message mentioning the fee. What a shock!

I've noticed a peculiar charge of five lots of £6 on my O2 statement. When I reached out to O2 for clarification, they insisted it’s not their concern whatsoever!
