Got a text saying it was from Help to Buy about my Equity Loan payment being taken on Friday 14 July 2023. It told me to make sure there’s enough money in my account. But it came from a normal mobile number which seems a bit fishy to me. I really doubt Help to Buy would use a regular phone number like that.
