I checked out their Facebook page to apply and then received a text from this number telling me to ring them. I had a Retrofit assessment done and have arranged for a new boiler through a government programme. They didn’t ask me to pay anything upfront. I’ll post an update after it’s fitted.

The surveyor popped round to assess the damp problem and concluded that the insulation is at fault, an issue I've been grappling with since 2020.
