I've not had any calls from that number, yet Movistar (Telefonica Spain) seems to be billing me for text messages sent to my Spanish mobile, which is entirely inaccurate. I've received no such messages!

I noticed some texts on my phone bill that supposedly got sent, but I can’t see them anywhere in my messages. There’s no way I texted someone in the UK, and this happened right in the middle of the night too. Then about 40 minutes later it happened again, but to another number, which this site says is risky. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
