Just got an email from this Brad Millerson guy, same story - wants to buy my caravan as a surprise and says he'll pay through paypal. Claims hes in the military so he cant come see it himself but will send a mate to collect it. Something about it felt off, so I’m happy I looked into it before responding.

We’re not currently selling a caravan but did a while back, and just got a message from this number. The sender goes by mohanraj115 with the email [email protected][###]. Don’t bother googling or contacting it, it’s a fake email set up to steal your login info or worse. Seems like another poorly done scam trying to make a quick buck.

It’s pretty obvious it was a scam since if they were serious they’d simply phone me or email through the website’s contact details. Looks like they were trying to get hold of my email, maybe even more info!

Had pretty much the same experience as the last comment. Was selling my caravan and this person asked for my PayPal info, saying it was a quick sale, even offered to cover PayPal charges. They claimed to be in the Military Air Force, said they were abroad on some exercise so couldn’t check the van or be phoned. Also told me they can't get into their online bank. The messages were poorly written, like their English wasn’t great. Total scam, no doubt about it.

Im trying todo sell my motorhome on caravansforsale. I got a message askin if my “caravan” is still available and told me to reply quickly. It seemed fishy so I looked up the number here. The person shared a few different email addresses but the one in the msg wasn’t listed here. Just so you know, it was [email protected][###].
