Got a couple of texts from BT or some similar name. I’m aware that accepting messages like those on a landline can be pricey, so I just trash them straight away. Today, they called me twice, with the last ring coming in late at 10:30pm! Bit annoying if you ask me.

A few weeks back, I gave my phone number to Domino’s just to verify my order, and that’s seriously the only place I’ve ever shared it. The number is 07860013080. Glad folks have been alerting others that these are scams - then I remembered my PC had a Windows 10 update the day before, so maybe my number got leaked somehow. I'm going to report this to Microsoft now.

So this is the new number they’re using for Skype messages. I moaned to Skype about it and they ended up fixing it so now that number and my Skype ID don’t show up in the texts. Still, I’m not able to send mass texts to clients, but at least I’m sorted now.

after a lengthy update on my windows 10 PC it came up with an option to link with my phone so i figured it'd be handy to get my emails while out and about. but once i set it up, i got a text from 07860 013080 telling me to download an app from a dodgy site. i was shocked to see this number here on this site - clearly a scam. honestly, i’m really annoyed at microsoft for letting this slip through, how come they don’t have better protections against this kind of thing?

Turns out they shared my info with some dodgy partners who ended up ripping me off by more than £500 on what I thought were legit prescription meds. Guys going by Steve Rayan and Ian Smith were involved too. Quite a mess!

I received a call from this number, and it was quite unsettling. The individual on the other end demanded money and ominously mentioned that if I didn’t comply, they would locate my address and harm my family. Definitely a dodgy bloke. Best to steer clear of this number!

On 7th June 2016 at about 10.38 pm BST, I got 5 MMS split across 4 messages (2 in the first one). Google says the text should show as MMS but my phone, which runs Android, won’t open them. Once my husband’s Windows 10 phone is back, I’ll try opening them there and might have to notify the police about this. Still no idea what’s inside those MMS.
