Got a message on my phone asking if I sorted out some problem with Welsh Water. If it’s really them, wouldn’t they show their name rather than just the number?

Anyway, I’ve decided to block it just to be safe, could easily be a scam or a fake number.

Got a message from this number saying “hello, this is Welsh Water. We’d like to ask a couple questions regarding your recent interaction with us.” The first thing they asked was if my issue has been completely sorted, and they even mentioned the name of the person I spoke with 🤨 is this really Welsh Water or what?
