A mysterious call came through at the stroke of midnight! What a strange time for a phone ring.

This message is surely a scam claiming you’ve been near someone with covid. It includes a link to book a PCR test. I replied asking when this supposedly happened, and my message actually went through. If it was a genuine NHS text, I wouldn’t be able to reply as their system usually sends texts you can’t respond to, so my message would’ve failed. I copied the website link onto my iPad and it showed a page that looked like it was from the NHS. Although the test is free, they charge 99p for postage.
