I got a call saying Amazon wants to give me a refund or something. Pretty sure it’s a scam though, sounded a bit dodgy to me. Anyone else had this?

Received a call claiming to be from Amazon, stating they needed to refund me £79.99 for a breach on my account. They insisted on gaining remote access to my computer to place a claims form into my directories. It felt rather dodgy, to be honest!
