I received a rather perplexing call from someone whose command of English was quite lacking, and they spoke with a distinctly foreign accent. They seemed keen on discovering who my current gas and electricity provider was. I couldn’t help but wonder if they were attempting to persuade me to change my supplier or, heaven forbid, fishing for personal details.

Got a call from some scammer. I acted like I couldn’t get their Indian accent at all, which clearly annoyed them. They started shouting and saying rude things before just hanging up on me.
