Earlier today, around 11:11 am, I got a voicemail on my home phone from a woman saying there'd been some unusual activity on my card. She mentioned charges of £99 from Amazon and another one for £799. She told me to press 1 if I wanted to authorise these payments, or press 2 to connect with the bank’s legal team if I thought something fishy was going on. Definitely seems like a dodgy scam to me.
