I got a call from a woman who sounded Asian and said her name was Caroline, saying she was with Microsoft. She told me there were problems with my computer and that they’d been trying to reach me. I told her that Microsoft never calls people out of the blue to offer tech help - it’s clearly mentioned on their site! She said her office was in Reading. When I declined her requests, she said she’d hang up and block my PC! Definitely just another scam calling me.
