Got a call from an English speaking automated woman claiming I had a warrant for missing a Court date. She kept saying I had to ring back right away and gave her number more than once. I wasn’t expecting anything to do with Court so it seemed dodgy. Just blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from this number earlier today. I’d heard people mention they usually speak with an Indian accent, but when I answered, it was actually a computerised female voice speaking English. They went on about some supposed arrest warrant, the usual nonsense. A mate at work warned me if you ring them back, they charge ridiculous fees! Best just to block and forget about it.

Somebody with an Asian accent said they were from HMRC, but I told them I work in fraud detection and was watching them closely. Not long after, they just ended the call haha.
