Got a message saying I’d won something from Tesco on May 1st, 2020 - apparently I came fourth in some draw and should claim my prize at a dodgy link. I’ve taken the link out here just in case it triggers spam filters or someone accidentally clicks it! I never entered anything like that, plus there’s no Tesco near me and it’s weird they’re texting from a mobile number. Watch out, everyone, this looks totally fishy!

Tesco sent me a text saying Dear ###### You won 4th place in their May draw on 1 May 2020. Claim your prize here: ##LINK REMOVED FOR SAFETY. I deleted the link so nobody accidentally clicks it and gets scammed. I didn’t enter any contest, and I don’t even live near a Tesco! Also, the message came from a mobile number which seems suspicious. Just a heads up, watch out for these fake messages!

Got a text saying “Congrats! You’ve won 4th place in Tesco’s May giveaway on 1st May 2020. Claim your prize here: ##LINK REMOVED FOR SAFETY##”. I took the link out ‘cause don’t want it flagged as spam or anyone accidentally tapping it. For starters, I never joined any contest like that! Plus, there’s no Tesco near me at all and they wouldn’t be sending messages from a mobile number anyway. Just watch out, folks!

Got a text supposedly from Tesco saying I’d won 4th place in some May raffle on May 1st, 2020. They had a link to claim a prize, but I deleted it here for safety. I never entered any contest, plus there’s no Tesco near me at all and who even sends these texts from a mobile phone number? Sounds dodgy if you ask me. Just a heads up for anyone else getting messages like this!
