SCAM ALERT! Got a call supposedly from HMRC but it was an automated voice with an American accent. It asked me to press one to talk to an agent. When I did, some rude bloke started swearing at me - proper shocking and awful. I’m close to 80 years old, and this kind of behaviour is just beyond wrong. I ended the call and blocked the number straight away. So disrespectful and disgusting!
