The first few calls claimed to be from the Bank of England, located in Arkansas, and today, they identified themselves as People’s Bank from Michigan. They keep insisting that I asked for information regarding a reduced VA mortgage! I've made it crystal clear that I want my details taken off their list, but the nuisance persists. What’s the best way to lodge a complaint against these persistent callers? I'm absolutely at my wit's end!
