Hello, hope someone can assist me here. Last Friday, I got a call from someone on your team and was told I'd get a follow-up call the next day at 11:30am from a guy named Collin. Unfortunately, my phone died because I’ve been living without any electricity in my flat for two weeks now. I’m a tenant with Southwark council, and there’s been a burst pipe somewhere in the building causing damage for months. The pipe’s hidden somewhere in the tower block, and it's affecting several flats. Emergency repairs were contacted, and at around 2am an electrician came and had to cut off my electricity from the mains at the base of the building. He told me I should contact my landlord because the flat’s not fit to live in and I ought to be placed in temporary accommodation. I left countless voicemails for Altaf Ghafoor but never got a reply. Eventually, I reached out to Levi, his manager, who actually responded after about five days and arranged for me to stay for two nights in temporary housing. Sadly, it’s in Brixton, a very noisy area above a 24-hour off licence on a busy street. I suffer from severe mental health issues including agoraphobia, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic depression, and I’m also experiencing menopause. I explained that I can’t go far from Surrey Quays or Rotherhithe, so I had to refuse the Brixton option because it would make my condition worse. I depend heavily on my family who live just minutes away, and the thought of staying there alone gave me panic attacks and anxiety. Right now, I’ve paid for a couple of nights at a Premier Inn using my sick benefits to keep myself safe. I’ve struggled greatly and feared for my life, having attempted suicide twice before. Tomorrow, I’m forced to return home even though there’s still no electricity. I’ve tried calling back on the number your team used but it’s out of service, so I’m writing to you now hoping to get the help Collin promised. Please, someone get in touch with me at 07424 986061. They keep going on about some work supposedly done by the local council, but I actually live in a place run by a housing association. Every time I ask which council or housing association they're talking about, they just end the call. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

I called them back but they just cut the call straight away.

The voice on the phone was a woman, sounded like she might be from Liverpool or somewhere nearby.

I've been getting calls nearly every other day from a number asking about any housing problems that the council hasn't fixed yet. Honestly, I reckon this isn't a legit call at all.

The number rang me but as soon as I picked up, the caller just said bye and then ended the call. I tried calling back but it just said the number wasn’t in service or something along those lines.

I got a call from this number and it left a voicemail, but there was nothing said, just silence. When I tried calling back, it said the number wasn’t recognised. Can someone double-check the number and try again?

i picked up and there was nothing but silence, then they hung up straight away. right after, i heard three beeps and the call just dropped. really strange! called the number back to check.
