Last Friday, I received a phone call from your team, and there was supposed to be a follow-up from a gentleman named Collin the following day at 11:30 AM. Regrettably, my phone ran out of battery, as I've been residing in my flat without any electricity for the past fortnight. I'm a tenant under Southwark Council, and efforts to resolve the situation have been non-existent. It all stems from a burst pipe hidden somewhere in the building. Living in a tower block makes it nearly impossible to locate the source, and this issue has been wreaking havoc for several months; I've heard that a few other flats are affected as well. I reached out to emergency repairs, and an electrician made his way over at 2 AM. He had to disconnect my power supply from the main source at the bottom of the block and advised me to contact my landlord, as my flat is essentially unliveable. He suggested I should be provided with temporary accommodation. I have made numerous attempts to get in touch with Altaf.Ghafoor, leaving countless voicemail messages, but to no avail; he simply hasn’t responded. Eventually, I contacted Levi, his superior, who did manage to respond. After several days of waiting, he secured me a two-night stay in a temporary lodging situated in quite a rough part of Brixton, right above a 24-hour off-licence on a bustling high street. Given my multiple mental health challenges-including agoraphobia, chronic depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and extreme menopausal symptoms-I have a genuine struggle with the idea of living in Brixton. I expressed my concerns and made it abundantly clear that I’m unable to venture beyond Surrey Quays and Rotherhithe. Consequently, I had no choice but to refuse their offer, which only exacerbated my anxiety and triggered panic at the mere thought of living there. Fortunately, my family lives just a short walk from my flat, and I depend on them quite a bit. At present, I’m staying in a Premier Inn for a few nights, funded by my sickness benefits. This was a necessary measure to prevent myself from spiralling downwards again-I've previously attempted to end my life on two occasions. Tomorrow, however, I have to return home, despite still lacking electricity. I’ve been constantly told about repairs carried out by the local council, but it seems a bit odd since I’m actually with a housing association. Every time I request clarification on which council or housing association is involved, they just cut the call. It’s rather frustrating!

The voice on the other end struck me as belonging to a woman, likely from Liverpool or its vicinity.

I've been receiving calls almost daily inquiring about unresolved housing matters with the council. To be honest, I'm quite sceptical about the authenticity of these calls. They simply don’t seem real to me.

Gave me a ring earlier, but when I picked up, they just said 'goodbye' and cut the call. Tried returning the call, but it just says the number isn’t recognised. Quite odd, really!

i picked up and there was nothing but silence, then they hung up straight away. right after, i heard three beeps and the call just dropped. really strange! called the number back to check.
