Some bloke called himself Danny and greeted me like we were mates, chatting as though we’d met before. I asked him what it was about, and he said he wanted to help with my investments. Told him I haven’t got the cash for that sort of thing, but he replied, “I’m not after your money, just trying to have a chat.” I told him I’d hang up, and that’s exactly what I did. Then I blocked the number. Honestly, felt a bit uneasy about the whole thing.
