Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent who said she was from Hotpoint. When I asked who was calling, she surprisingly knew my name, but when I questioned her about my address, she denied it was right and then just ended the call. Definitely not a genuine Hotpoint rep, seems like a scam to me.
