Got a call from someone pretending to be from O2, saying I was eligible for an upgrade. Definitely a scam, be careful!

Got a txt claiming my 02 account qualifies for a free upgrade, just reply YES to get a new phone and save cash. I've only had my current phone a week though. Ignoring it and blocking now, definitely a scam.

Got a text from this number saying as an existing Sky customer they could help lower my monthly bill without changing my package. I checked with Sky and they confirmed it wasn’t from them at all. So, I’d suggest blocking this number straight away.
