REAL UPS DELIVERY. I got a text from UPS saying a parcel was on its way from Honest Jon's Records. At first, I wasn’t sure what I’d ordered, thought maybe a mistake, but it turned out to be a magazine subscription I'd signed up for ages ago. The message was legit, came straight from UPS. So yeah, definitely NOT some kind of scam. I find it odd that some folks call this number a scam - once your UPS package shows up, it’s clear as day it’s legit, right?

Posting here again as I’ve contacted the UPS fraud team and they told me this number is linked to a well-known scam. I’m baffled why they haven’t informed Vodafone or cracked down on the access points working with these fraudsters. Messages that seem legit are either from people clueless their info’s been nicked or just more scammers. This con has nothing to do with any actual UPS parcels (if you did send one), it’s all about your personal info. Always check packages get scanned when dropped off; if the scanner’s out of order, try a different access point and report it.
